Description
Drum drier-evaporators for tobacco TREZO SU2P12 for thermal treatment of various types of tobacco leaves.
A professional device that functions as a drying machine and steamer.
The drying machine is designed for ease of use and high efficiency. The machine lightens the tobacco and increases its volume.
The drying process uses hot air from an oil heater located outside the drying machine (drum). This protects the material (herbs, tobacco leaves, etc.) from spontaneous combustion.
Additional windows are located in the drum to regulate excess heat dissipation. The mixers provide agitation (loosening the material) and also stiffen the drum structure, extending its service life.
The drying machine/steaming machine is designed to reach 6 atmospheres in the shortest possible time – 10 minutes per steaming, a 30-minute improvement over the previous version. The steamer is heated by a burner with adjustable motor heating power. The steamer's tank capacity when fully filled is approximately 50 liters, sufficient for 5-6 steaming cycles. Steam is distributed through the drum via double stainless steel pipes with harmonized openings, ensuring the generated steam reaches every corner, removing bacteria and other undesirable substances. The steam temperature delivered to the drum ranges from 70 to 90 degrees Celsius.
The machine is equipped with four steel wheels with rubber tires for easy transport.
The drum rotates smoothly and thoroughly, powered by a 1.1 kW – 400V electric motor with a 1:50 – 14 rpm gear ratio, with the ability to rotate in both directions.
