We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner to support our growth by identifying and engaging candidates aligned with our business needs.



This is not a traditional recruiter role. The focus is on simple sourcing, outreach, and building a steady pipeline of candidates using online platforms.



Responsibilities:



Find and source candidates based on basic criteria

Send messages and engage people through online platforms

Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidate profiles

Share interested candidates with our team

If needed, support additional outreach-related business tasks



Requirements:



Comfortable using online platforms and social media

Good English communication (written required, basic speaking is enough)

Self-motivated and consistent

No technical background required (tech knowledge is a plus, not mandatory)
